SkillSoft are establishing a group within the Asia Pacific learning community to discuss benchmarking data regarding learning activities. Those firms who participate will be asked to share specific metrics at least twice per year for a 12-month period on adoption rates, growth patterns, allocation of learning budgets and staff and top learning programmes for the coming year.

This initiative has been driven by the fact that many organisations have approached SkillSoft, asking questions about industry comparisons on corporate learning benchmarking standards within the Asia Pacific region. This study will provide participating members not only real-time benchmarking data but powerful anecdotal evidence on what initiatives work best to raise the profile of e-learning within your organisation. Results will be listed via industry and updates distributed within SkillSoft’s monthly newsletters and a final report on conclusion.
