Most organisations today know that to get the most out of either their technical professionals (particularly IT) or management development programs, a blended approach of face-to-face and self paced (e-Learning) is ideal. Providing multiple learning options for staff and empowering them to make choices for learning that match their individual preferences, caters for the fast changing needs of today's professionals. When implemented properly, these organisations are seeing learning and productivity benefits not possible with more rigid programs. Come and see how a leading professional services firm is providing learning solutions that suit its dynamic business profile, and network with your peers in a luxurious setting.
