This model describes the predictable stages that organisations go through as they progress from the initial Web-based learning implementation to enterprise-wide, strategic learning. By assessing the maturity of your learning program, you can plan what steps are needed to advance to higher levels.

• Define a path to achieve the desired state of readiness
