Organisations need to be able to respond almost immediately to new opportunities, competitive threats, and changing customer expectations. That's tough in today's world of incessant demands and information overload. Creating electronic support helps workers keep up with the pace of change and provide the service promised to customers. With Web- based tools employees can become more innovative, flexible, and successful.

The purpose of the Learning Growth Model (LGM) analysis is to understand where your organisation currently falls within the stages of learning. The LGM model is a framework that describes the evolution of a learning organisation, identified by indicators that correlate to each of the five stages.

This model describes the predictable stages that organisations go through as they progress from the initial Web-based learning implementation to enterprise-wide, strategic learning. By assessing the maturity of your learning program, you can plan what steps are needed to advance to higher levels.

The Learning Growth Model helps you:

  • Collaborate to identify your organisation’s current stage
  • Identify your organisation’s goals for the future
  • Recommend tools and resources that support progression
  • Define a path to achieve the desired state of readiness

Innovative learning tools for success:
The goal of this breakfast is to expand your thinking about how online learning and which learning assets might be used in your organisation for just-in-time learning or performance support assistance, regardless of your company’s stage of online learning adoption. Examples and demonstrations will be drawn from SkillSoft’s library of learning assets and tools, including Referenceware® by Books24x7®, a great productivity enhancement and informal learning tool.

Attendees will receive a FREE DEMO of ExecutiveSummaries by Books24x7.

ExecSummaries provides summaries of leading business books from today's foremost business authors. ExecSummaries expertly encapsulates the salient points and ideas of full-length books into digestible, eight-page summaries.
