The Skillsoft Learning Growth Model - what stage is your organization at?

Organisations need to be able to respond almost immediately to new opportunities, competitive threats, and changing customer expectations. That's tough in today's world of incessant demands and information overload. Creating electronic support helps workers keep up with the pace of change and provide the service promised to customers. With Web-based tools employees can become more innovative, flexible, and successful.

The purpose of the Learning Growth Model (LGM) analysis is to understand where your organisation currently falls within the stages of learning. The LGM model is a framework that describes the evolution of a learning organisation, identified by indicators that correlate to each of the five stages.
