Innovation in IT e-Learning Tim Hildreth, Director, Product Marketing/Content Solutions, SkillSoft
Across your organisation, technology professionals are striving to complete critical projects respond to customer needs and help the company exceed business goals. They balance the needs of their constituents with the need to continually develop their skills and understanding of emerging technologies. Over time, this can lead to a serious deficit in IT skills. It can also contribute to an inability to capitalise on new technologies that could potentially provide a competitive advantage.
