Presenter Bio:
Russ Howard currently manages delivery of SkillSoft's numerous content programs including courseware offerings, KnowledgeCenters, Leadership Advantage, and Live Learning. He is also responsible for overseeing SkillSoft’s Academic and Professional Accreditation and Certification programs. Russ joined SkillSoft in 2003 as Manager of SkillSoft’s migration program, an initiative that migrated several hundred clients from the SmartForce LMS (MySmartForce), to SkillSoft’s SkillPort platform. Prior to joining SkillSoft, Russ had a 25-year career with Wang Laboratories and Getronics, holding a variety of operations and program management positions, the last of which was HR Director, responsible for the Getronics Virtual University.

Presenters Bio:
Dorman Woodall is a well-known and engaging speaker who contributes his wide range of training expertise and practical advice to every audience he engages. He is currently the Director of SkillSoft Learning and has held key leadership positions in three of the top e-learning companies (SkillSoft, SmartForce and NETg) for nearly two decades. He has conducted hundreds of national workshops focusing on how to evaluate and implement effective learning programs.
Dorman is a member of SkillSoft’s Global Talent Team and is the key architect for internal learning programs for SkillSoft’s global sales team. He is widely recognized as an expert within the learning industry. He has authored several important white papers, these include ‘Getting Started with e-Learning, Evaluating e-Learning Solutions’, ‘Blended Learning Strategies’, ‘The Eight Key Phases of Workplace Learning’ ‘SkillSoft Learning Growth Model’ and ‘SkillSoft New Hire Training Program: A Case Study of Onboarding New Sales Talent’. Dorman is the recipient of SkillSoft’s Distinguished Author award.
Calvin McKnight has worked in learning and development for the past 15 years. Both in his prior work experience and in his current role at SkillSoft, Calvin has been involved in defining and delivering services engagements that are aligned to corporate priorities across a broad range of organizations. Specific areas of emphasis are in strategic needs analysis, blended learning program design and the development of evaluation instruments to demonstrate learning program impact and effectiveness.
He has facilitated numerous industry workshops in measurement and evaluation best practices, methodologies for blended learning and the benefits of effective virtual classroom instruction and has served as both a Chapter Leader and the Chair of the Canadian Awards for Training Excellence in with CSTD (Canadian Society for Training and Development) since 2006.

Presenter Bio: Kieran King began her career in learning 15 years ago. Kieran has years of experience working for private companies to build curriculums, implement LMS systems, conduct needs analyses, and analyse ROI. In 1999, Kieran joined CBT Systems (was SmartForce, now SkillSoft) and participated in the evolution of the learning industry by consulting with various Fortune 500 organisations as they made the transition from the classroom to blended models. During her career, Kieran has contributed to many industry white papers and received multiple awards and professional honours. Today, Kieran serves as the Global Director of Client Loyalty for SkillSoft.

Presenter Bio: Tim Hildreth currently oversees all aspects of content solutions and strategies, including authoring tools, releases, and customisation strategies for SkillSoft content and the KnowledgeCenters as well as SkillSoft's new SkillSoft Leadership Advantage product line. Tim considers himself a life-long learner and teacher and has travelled extensively and lived in France for three years. He came to SkillSoft after 11 years in Product Marketing and other positions with Transparent Language, Inc., a leading provider of computer aided language-learning (CALL) solutions to consumer, corporate, educational, and government customers. He has a degree in Political Science from Williams College.

Presenter Bio:Pam Boiros joined Books24x7 in 2000, and is currently responsible for the product and content strategy for the Books24x7 product line. Pam has worked to develop new collections, including international language products, as well as new site features designed to enhance the user experience of the Books24x7's On Demand Platform. She is passionate about emerging technologies such as mobile devices and social networking, and the impact such innovations can have on the learning experience, and for the last year has worked closely on the development and launch of SkillSoft's inGenius social networking feature set. Prior to joining Books24x7, Pam's career experience was in the book publishing industry and she is an avid reader and literacy advocate. Pam is based in Boston, USA.

Dennis is a Co-Founder of SkillSoft where he begun by establishing and managing strategic partnerships with worldwide course development companies and putting over 250 SkillSoft courses into production. Over the last 17 years, Dennis has been published in trade publications and presented at hundreds of conventions and seminars on topics such as Blended Learning, e-Learning for the Knowledge Economy, Organizational Effectiveness, The ROI of Learning and others.
Dennis is now focusing his vast expertise in establishing SkillSoft’s worldwide presence in the Business and Professional Management computer-based training industry, offering over 20 years of expertise in the sales and international marketing arenas.
Prior to SkillSoft, Dennis was with NETg as the Senior Director of Product Development running their Video Studio until it closed. Dennis has held positions as International Product Marketing Manager for Sterling Software and International Marketing Manager for Pansophic Systems. He has also owned and run his own Video Production company.

Presenter Bio: Taavo Godtfredsen is an Executive Producer SkillSoft’s Leadership Development Channel, a product originally conceived and developed by Targeted Learning Corporation, where he was a member of the senior leadership team. Targeted Learning Corporation was a private company acquired by SkillSoft in early 2007. Taavo has spent the last twelve years putting the best minds in business on film and has worked with well over 100 of the top executives, business authors and political leaders including: Jack Welch, Benazir Bhutto, Stephen Covey, Howard Schultz, Jim Collins, William Ford, Rick Warren, Terri Kelly and many others.
Prior to Targeted Learning Corporation, Taavo was a senior leader at Linkage, Incorporated, a global organizational development company specializing in leadership development. He held a number of senior management positions at the firm including leading their research and publications business and their sales organisation. In addition, he created and developed the company’s e-learning business. Taavo holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of New Hampshire and a master’s degree in business administration from Babson College.
