Session Objectives:

At the end of this session the attendee should be able to:

  1. Understand the value in being able to articulate ROI in relation to their learning programs
  2. Measure the success of their e-learning program
  3. Prepare for and address resistance to e-learning
  4. Understand where and how to source the data in order to compile an ROI report
  5. Establish reporting processes to communicate the ROI results back to management to demonstrate program success
